- 2003 – “TransLink Logistics Solution” purchased; Singapore Office opened
- 2004 – BP begins using “Translink” for road transport; Dupont awards multi-year/multi-million EDI migration project to Elemica; $10 billion of transactions handled through Elemica
- 2005 – Mike McGuigan appointed CEO; New Managament team established; $35 billion of transactions handled through Elemica.
- 2006 – Company achieves EBITDA positive; Dow awards multi-year/multi-million migration project to Elemica
